Les appels peuvent \u00eatre enregistr\u00e9s automatiquement ou manuellement et sont sauvegard\u00e9s sur notre serveur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite un consentement \u00e9crit avant d&#8217;\u00eatre activ\u00e9e.<\/strong> L&#8217;enregistrement des appels n&#8217;est pas activ\u00e9 par d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n<h2>Conservation des enregistrements<\/h2>\n<p>Par d\u00e9faut, les enregistrements sont conserv\u00e9s pendant 90 jours. Un module compl\u00e9mentaire optionnel permet de conserver les enregistrements pendant 7 ans.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9requis<\/h2>\n<p>Avant d&#8217;acc\u00e9der aux enregistrements d&#8217;appels, <a href=\"https:\/\/emak.tech\/fr\/support\/comment-se-connecter-au-portail-telephonique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">connectez-vous au portail<\/a>.
