Managing the Conference Bridge
If you have activated the Conference Bridge feature with EMAK Talk, you will be able to monitor and manage active conference calls through the EMAK Talk portal.
Prerequisites: To get started, you will first have to log in to the portal. You will need a username and password. If you do not have them, contact us at 514-4000-226 and a member of the EMAK Talk customer success team will be happy to help.
Security: By default, a two-digit PIN is set for the Moderators and a different two-digit PIN is set for the participants.
1 – Once signed in, click on Apps | Conference Centers
2- In the Conference Center page, click on View Active to access the Conference Room.
3- In the View Active page, you can see the Member Count in the room. Click on the Room Name to view the active call.
4- In the Active Conference page you can monitor, mute, deaf or kick out a caller.
