EMAK Support and COVID-19 Measures
Our whole team transitioned to working exclusively from home last week. Rest assured there will be zero impact on the availability of our support team and services. We are all here to support you during these unusual and difficult times.
Helping Customers Telecommute
As an EMAK customer, you have access to many features that can help you and your staff work remotely. For example:
1) You can bring your office phones home (don’t forget your power adapter!) Simply plug your phone into your router and you should be able to make and receive calls as normal.
2) We can automatically have your mobile phone ring when you receive calls on your extension.
3) You can record new messages on your automated attended or voicemail to inform customers of changes to your services over the coming weeks.
4) You can install our mobile app to allow you to make and receive office calls from the app.

Keeping You Connected
We will also ensure that services will not be suspended or disconnected for any customers experiencing financial difficulties over the next 90 days. In addition, we will support our customers facing financial uncertainty because of COVID-19 with more flexible payment options.
We are aware that significantly increased demand on carrier networks has led to intermittent call connection issues in the past few days. This has been particularly significant for many mobile phone users. We are working closely alongside all our vendors to ensure all calls are completed properly.
