EMAK Telecom Firewall Whitelist: Domains, IPs, and Ports
If your company has specific security requirements, your router or firewall may block access to EMAK Telecom services. In that case, you may need to add manual exceptions so the services can operate normally.
This is most common in clinics and dental clinics that use services provided by Net+ ACDQ or similar providers.
Required Domain
Allow the following domain for service access:
- emaktalk.com
IP Addresses
Allow the following EMAK Telecom cluster IP addresses.
Primary
- 198.50.157.1
- 15.235.10.24
- 15.235.10.117
Failover
- 159.203.48.196
Required Ports
These ports are required for both inbound and outbound traffic.

Disable SIP ALG on the Router
EMAK Telecom recommends disabling SIP ALG on your router. The steps vary by router make and model, so refer to your router documentation for instructions.
A common symptom of SIP ALG interfering with calls is one-way audio, where one side of the call cannot hear the other side.
