We offer many convenient ways to contact our support team. Support is offered by email or phone as follows:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A ticket will immediately be created in our system to ensure we are able to complete prompt follow-up your request or issue.
*611 From your EMAK Phone
If you are using an EMAK Telecom phone to reach us, you can dial *611 and will be placed directly into our phone support queue, no need to go through our main phone menu!
You can dial (514) 400-0226 and dial option 2 for support.
Our regular business hours are listed below. Note that we are closed on major holidays. Regular support includes phone support to make account changes, configuration changes, etc.
Monday: 8am – 6pm
Tuesday: 8am – 6pm
Wednesday: 8am – 6pm
Thursday: 8am – 6pm
Friday: 8am – 5pm
Emergency support is offered 24/7/365. Emergency support means major network outages that impact your services with us.
Please note that when contacting support outside of regular support hours, you may be subject to additional service charges if you are calling to request changes, etc. Again, emergency support is offered for outages only!
