If you are using an EMAK Telecom phone, dial *611 to be placed directly into the phone support queue without going through the main phone menu.

Regular Support Hours
Regular support includes phone support for account changes, configuration changes, and similar requests. EMAK Telecom is closed on major holidays.

Emergency support is available 24/7/365 for major network outages that impact your EMAK Telecom services.
If you contact support outside regular support hours for changes or non-outage requests, additional service charges may apply. Emergency support is for outages only.
