Fix Voicemail or Fax Emails Going to Junk in Outlook

When you receive a large number of emails with similar formatting, Outlook may start sending those messages to the junk folder automatically. If you are no longer receiving voicemail or fax notification emails in Outlook, this may be the cause.
The easiest solution is to mark the EMAK Telecom notification email as trusted in Outlook.
Mark EMAK Telecom Notifications as Trusted
- Go to your Junk Email folder.
- Right-click the affected email message.
- Hover over Junk, then click Not Junk.
- In the window that appears, check Always trust email from ‘[email protected]’.
- Click OK.
This should create a rule in Outlook so notification emails are no longer sent to the junk folder. Future notification emails should go directly to your inbox.
