Menu and IVR Voice Samples
EMAK Telecom offers several ways to create the voice prompts and recordings for your auto attendant or IVR (Interactive Voice Response) menus. You can use AI-generated voices in English and French, record your own prompt directly from an EMAK phone, or have one of our professional voice talents record a custom script.
AI Voice Prompts
AI voice prompts are computer-generated recordings that can be used for any phone menu. Initial AI voice generation is free, and any modifications within the first 30 days are also free. After 30 days, modification requests are $9.95 per request.
Turnaround is typically 24–48 hours, but can extend to 3–5 business days when our queue is busy. To request an AI voice prompt:
- Send the complete script in every language you need.
- Submit the script as text that can be copy-pasted (no images or scans).
- We do not translate or fill in blanks — the script must be ready as you want it spoken. Multiple revisions extend the delay before your menu is ready.
We are working on a self-serve tool to let you generate recordings on demand without waiting in our queue. Until that ships, thank you for your patience.

Which option should I choose?
Use AI voices when you need menus quickly and at low cost — they are free initially and very fast for revisions. Use self-recorded prompts when you want a personal touch using your own voice. Use a professional voiceover artist when polish and brand consistency matter most.
Can I mix AI and human-recorded prompts in the same menu?
Yes. Many customers use a professional voice for the main greeting and AI voices for less important sub-menus to keep costs down. Just make sure the audio levels are similar so callers do not notice the difference.
How do I send my script?
Email [email protected] with your final script as plain text or in a Word/Google Doc. Make sure all languages are included and the script is exactly what you want spoken — we transcode the script directly without editing or filling in blanks.
How long do AI voice changes take?
Most AI voice updates are completed within 24–48 hours. Periods with heavy demand can extend that to 3–5 business days. To minimize delays, submit your full final script the first time rather than asking for several rounds of small edits.
