Fix: Not Receiving Voicemail or Fax Emails in Outlook
In cases where you receive a large number of emails that have the same formatting, Outlook sometimes starts sending them to junk automatically. If you find you are no longer receiving your voicemail or fax notification emails in Outlook, this may be the case. The easiest solution is to whitelist these emails in your Outlook.
If you are using Outlook, here’s how to fix it:
- Go to your Junk Email folder
- Right-click on the affected email message
- Hover over Junk and click on Not Junk
- On the window that pops up, check the box that says Always trust email from ‘[email protected]’
- Click on OK
This should create a rule in your Outlook to tell it not to send notification emails to the junk folder. Now, all future notification emails should go right to your inbox as intended!
