How to Create AI Generated Recordings
Creating an AI Recording is very simple. simply follow these three easy steps:
- First, Login to the web portal and go to Call Routing, then select Recording Studio
2. Then, Click the +Add button top right
3. Enter a Recording name. Please ensure you do not enter the same name as an Existing Recording.
Select the Voice you would like to use
Then enter the Text.
3. Click Save when done. Its That easy!
Once Save is clicked, you are redirected to all your Recordings. From this page, you can click Play to listen to them, Download the recording (by clicking the Cloud icon) or, if the recording is not to your liking, delete the recording.
To delete a recording, select it with the checkbox on the left, then click the trash can at the top right
Tips and tricks:
If a pause is needed, you may use a combination of spaces, commas and periods which will add varying duration of pauses.
To make the AI Speak out numbers individually, eg for phone numbers, add spaces and commas.
