- Every view or download of a fax or recording is logged with the user, time and IP address.

Is Vidéotron cheaper than EMAK?
It depends on size. Up to about 15 people, EMAK costs less, and more so once you add Vidéotron's full recording option. At 20 users and more, IP Pro's base price is lower than EMAK's, on a 36-month agreement.
Does Vidéotron include call recording?
A limited automatic recording function is included; the full recording option costs $10 to $25 per user per month. At EMAK, recording with transcription is included on every plan.
Can we leave Vidéotron before the end of our agreement?
Vidéotron's conditions say penalties apply if you end the agreement early. Check your end date; we can plan the switch around it and move your numbers for free.
Does Vidéotron offer texting for businesses?
Vidéotron does not advertise texting from a business number for its phone plans. At EMAK, texting and automatic texts after a missed call are included.
