EMAK Portal — User Login Guides

Signing in to the EMAK Telecom phone portal as a regular user gives you access to your extension’s call detail records, lets you change call routing rules (call forwarding, Follow Me), check voicemail, and send faxes through eFax. This page collects every guide you need for end-user portal tasks.

How to Sign In

The phone portal is at phone-portal sign-in. Use the username and password your administrator provided. If you do not have credentials yet, contact your administrator or EMAK Telecom support.

Portal User Login FAQ

What is the difference between the phone portal and the billing portal?

The phone portal is for managing extensions, call routing, voicemail, and faxes. The billing portal at client.emak.tech/portal is for invoices, payments, and account statements. They are two separate logins — see access the billing portal for billing access.

I forgot my portal password — what should I do?

See How to Reset Your Password. If self-serve reset does not work, your administrator or EMAK Telecom support can reset it for you.

What can I do as a regular user vs. an administrator?

As a regular user, you can manage your own extension — call routing, voicemail, faxes, call history, and password. Administrators can also create extensions, manage other users, configure call center queues, and apply system-wide changes such as call block. Contact your administrator if you need broader permissions.

The portal asks for a domain — what do I enter?

The domain is your company’s EMAK identifier (for example customer.emaktalk.com). Your administrator can give it to you, or you can find it on the welcome email we sent when your extension was created.
