- Open the Language drop-down menu and choose French – Canada [fr-ca].

- Click Save.
- Sign out of the portal and sign back in for the new language to take effect.
Language FAQ
The portal is still in English after I clicked Save. What happened?
The language change applies on the next sign-in. Sign out completely, then sign back in with your username and password.
Does this change the language on my desk phone?
No. This setting controls only the portal’s web interface. To change the language displayed on a Yealink desk phone, change the phone’s display language from its own settings menu — see your Yealink phone user guide.
Can I switch back to English later?
Yes. Repeat the same steps but choose English from the language drop-down. Sign out and back in for the change to apply.
Does this affect voicemail prompts or auto-attendant menus?
No. Voicemail and auto-attendant prompts are recordings configured at the system level. Talk to your administrator if you also want those greetings updated to French — see IVR voice samples and voicemail greetings.
Can administrators change the language for other users?
Yes. Administrators can adjust language settings on behalf of any user from the admin section of the portal.
