Access Call Recordings in the EMAK Phone Portal

EMAK Telecom includes call recording with all Business Phone System plans at no additional cost. Calls can be recorded automatically or manually and are saved on our server.

This feature requires written consent before it can be enabled. Call recording is not enabled by default.

Recording Retention

By default, recordings are saved for 90 days. An optional add-on is available to store recordings for 7 years.

Prerequisites

Before accessing call recordings, log in to the portal. You will need a username and password.

Access Call Recordings

  1. After signing in, click Reporting | Call Detail Records.

  1. On the Call Detail Records page, use the Recording column to play or download recordings.
