Need Something Else? Bonus Track Library

If none of the tracks above are quite right, browse the royalty-free library at melodyloops.com and listen to their tracks. Once you find one you like, email [email protected] and we will add it to your system at no extra charge.

Copyrighted Music on Hold

For an additional $5/month, EMAK Telecom can play any music track of your choosing — including copyrighted commercial music — on your phone system. The monthly fee covers all licensing costs associated with using copyrighted music for your business phone system, so you do not have to negotiate or pay for the license yourself.

Custom Music on Hold

We also offer fully custom music on hold for your business — professionally recorded voiceover artists with custom background music — to match your brand. Contact EMAK Telecom sales for pricing and turnaround time.

Music on Hold FAQ

How do I switch to a different track?

Email [email protected] with the name of the track you want, and we will switch it for you. The change takes effect within minutes.

Can I upload my own audio file?

Yes. Send us your .mp3 or .wav file at [email protected]. If the audio is copyrighted (commercial music), the $5/month copyrighted music on hold fee applies.

Will callers hear the same track every time they’re on hold?

By default each call starts the track from the beginning. If you would like the track to loop or play continuously across multiple holds, let us know — we can configure it that way.

How long should my custom audio be?

1 to 2 minutes works well. Longer is fine, but most callers will be off hold before the track loops, so do not invest in a 10-minute master if a couple of minutes covers it.
